Charlotte Artery members are on the move! While preparations are made for the upcoming Artery exhibit, you can catch the latest from individual members at the following;
Janet Lasher
The big news for Janet is her upcoming residency at Penland School of Craft and Design where she will be working side-by-side with New York printmaker Bill Hall. This will take place January-February 2010.
Janet also has a new installation on view at Unitarian Universalist Church of Charlotte. You can read more about this from her blog; janetlasher.blogspot.com

You can also talk to Janet and see her work at the Mint Hill Arts Center on November 14th participating in
their Jewelry Sale – sterling silver wire worked pieces, soy wax batik silk
scarves, beaded bracelets, and brooches.
You can also find Janet on joggles.com teaching a mixed media class – Hand bound Travel Journals. The online instruction begins November 12.
